I purchased 1,500
shares of NTWK at less then $3/share. I sold 500 at $21 and I am still
holding the remaining 1,000 shares. Today I made over $27,000. 15 months
ago my entire IRA didn't amount to $25,000. This stock has doubled my
IRA in 1999 and has now doubled again since the New Year. I am thrilled
with this stock and greatly appreciate the others that you preview for
us.

I bought NTWK at 3
levels: 100 shares at 3 & 1/4, 200 at 4 and 100 at 4 & 1/4. I then proceeded
to sell 200 of the shares as the stock appreciated(I think the shares
prices were 11 and 15 dollars). Thank God I did not sell the rest! Even
though I am fortunate to own the stock, after what it has done, I could
kick myself for liquidating half of it. I thank you so much for educating
me about NTWK. I also have monies in SWEB, EGDPF, BLZN and PBRR. I hope
they come close to NTWK!

This is in reference
to your request for stories. I followed NTWK when it was on the OTC and
because of your information I finally decided (being the conservative
soul that I am) to buy 200 shares at $6.00. You do the math. I am a happy

I can't believe this
stock. I had received one of your bulletins in early January when the
stock was trading at 18-19. I believe this was the second bulletin I received
from you (I am a relatively new subscriber) To make a long story short
I bought a pretty good amount of this stock at $35. It has been nothing
but a pleasant trip in the three weeks since. Today was unbelievable.
I don't quite understand how a stock can go up on such little volume but
I don't have to. I have doubled my money in three weeks, the prospects
look good and I have no intent of selling this baby. A three digit per
share price looks very likely. Thank you for bringing this stock to my
attention.

This was the first
stock I have ever bought thanks to my brother he got me start. To be able
to hit it with NTWK is a dream . Never thought that 980.00 stock buy would
get me 10,500.00. I am going to hold on as this might turn into some thing
bigger. Its hard to sell when you get this high.

Gentlemen: I am one
the beneficiaries the amazing explosion of Netsol. The truth is it is
better to be lucky than good. I bought my first thousand shares @ $3.00
+/- in the early spring of 1999 based on your recommendation. I followed
in May by doubling down @ very near the 1999 low. The company theory,
sell for dollars pay in Pakistani rupees relying as well on the lower
dollar cost of competent English speaking labor is solid. As for the recommending
newsletter itself, you guys had no track record. But the way you presented
the recommendation and your willingness to put your commission interest
up front elicited confidence. Also, IRA's are the places for taking a
flier for the long term. In the fall I was impressed with the upward movement
and bought 200 shares @ $7.00 for my wife's IRA. In January I was finally
concerned that we faced a significant potential retrenchment in the stock
so I took profits in 700 shares @ $19.00. Unfortunately, I took one of
letters suggestions to take some profits. What a ride this has been. You
hit a bases loaded, bottom of the 9th, 3 and 2 pitch in the 7th game of
the World Series game ball out of the park at your first at bat. My hat
is off to you. I have taken some of your other recommendations with less
success, but you have certainly turned by portfolio into a winner.

Thank you so much
for advising me to buy Netsol. It was my first penny stock, also the first
stock I decided to buy on my own using advise from an Internet advisor.
I was a total newbie bought 100 shares at $3.25 and still have it. What
caused me to buy it was the statement that it had a small float, & would
move quickly. If you tell me where and to whom, I would like to send you
a bottle of champagne.

Greetings, I would
like to thank you for some excellent reporting that caused me to overcome
a great deal of apprehension concerning the high per-centage of insider
stock ownership of this company. I recommended the stock to my daughter
Leslie and she purchased 200 shares of MGHI in her IRA account at $3.00.
When the stock as NTWK passed $18.00 per share she sold 100 shares for
a realized gain of over 500% on her investment. She still holds 100 shares
with an unrealized gain of over 2,300%, thanks to OTC Journal and the
fine team at NetSol International. She normally sells one half of her
position at double the price paid and holds the other half at "zero" cost
base, but thanks to you folks at OTC Journal we revised our approach on
this equity. I also have done very well as a MGHI and NTWK stock owner!
We have purchased other recommendations from you folks and are looking
forward to good results from Envoy Communications (TSE:ECG) (ENVFF) and
Stock Group Holdings (OTC BB:EWEB). Thanks again for helping us both set
new personal records for stock gains!

Originally, I questioned
the viability of your newsletter, however I kept it coming and now I am
glad I did. 1,800% is not hard to take. Keep up your research in these
small caps. I think you may have hit on a niche in investing that many
people seek - the unnoticed company with great potential. If any of us
hear of a company that we think may have a lot of upside, do you want
us to inform you?

You know, I honwestly
don't know how I got on your mailing list, but one of the first recs I
read was NTWK. It seemed like a reasonable company, so I chased 200 shares
until getting in at 5. Then Christmas came around, so I sold at about
6.5. Of course, it kept going up so I was back in at 8--only 50 shares
this time, though. Yesterday AM I decided to sell half of my shares "to
lock in a good profit"--after all, there was NO NEWS so I was getting
nervous! I sold 25 at 48.5, then left for the day. Imagine my pleasant
surprise when I checked back last evening to see the remained worth almost
as much! Needless to say, I'll hold those 25 shares for a LONG time, and
look to add if there's any weakness. Thanks and hats off to you folks!

Once again I thank
you for introducing me NTWK. I first invested when it was around $9 to
$10 even though I was watching it when it was $3.75. I got out around
$20. Later I started buying and selling. And I was lucky, recently I bought
again at $46 7/8 and intend to hold it for a long time. If it is competing
with Infosys, the the stock has a lot more to go, at least to $200. I
shall keep a close watch anyway. Goodluck to your efforts and best wishes
for your success.

This has truly been
an amazing story.I bought 300 shares @ 4 1/2 on 7/28/99 and sold them
2/3/00 @19 1/2 Picked up 500 @ 20 3/16 on 2/4, sold 400 @ 30 3/4 on 2/11.
Kept 100 shares and bough 100 more , average price $ 29. Profit to date
$ 17895. The way the shares have moved up, scared me into taking profit
prematurely, but am considering buyng more. Who knows where this thing
will end. Thanks for a great tip. Any news regarding MIXL ??

Bought 600 shares
of Mirage for my wifes IRA in Feb 1999. Our plan was to leave this alone
for a number of years and hopefully see some long term gains. Previously
we had let an investment advisor handle this IRA and he had neted us a
loss of $200 for a year. We decided a small Pakastani software company
couldn't do much worse sooo.......... We sold some shares at $35 for a
100 times gain and thought we would just leave the rest for long term.
BEST FINANCIAL DECISION I EVER MADE. Keep up the good work

I only got l00 shares, but I'm excited about my return. I enjoy your newsletter,

Hi! I've been following
NTWK, based on your advice, when it was still Mirage Holding. (By the
way, I also own FNTT which I'm still hoping will go up to $8 again. I've
even recommended it to 3 of my friends, and they bought.) I had owned
it when it was $4, kept it for awhile, got impatient and sold it for no
gain. Then I started seeing it moving upward, and wanted to kick myself
in the ass for not keeping it. But I thought it wouldn't be too late if
I were to buy it again, even though it was already $14.75. So, I bought
it. This was December 1999. And now, it's $75. Thanks a lot!!!!!! Keep
up the good work! Dunung ps: when do you think we'll see FNTT moving up
again? It's been dormant at $1.75 for awhile now.

I bought NTWK on March
9th last year and am one happy camper. My husband bought some more at
$10 a share. I've told many relatives and friends about it but they never
bought and wouldn't believe me, oh well maybe next time they will listen
to little ole RICH me!!!! Now what color should my new BMW Z3 be? White
or Blue?? Thank you very much for this recommendation!

| Shortly after recv'g
your E-mail on this company, I traded another holding of mine and had a
little less than $400 left over in my account.......so, I bought 100 shares
of this just for fun....!!! Well as you can tell, it's been a lot of fun.
(Just like everyone else, I wish I had bought more.) |

I bought 300 shares
of NTWK at $7. I sold half of it at $18 on your recommendation. I followed
it up with stop orders in case it turned around. It took a fairly strong
dip when it hit 48 and I sold my remaining stock at $42. Now, I'm really
kicking myself (not really). Do you have any more good buys out there?
I have Blue Zone. First Net, Omninet, and Pawnbroker. Any suggestions
on what I now have or should have? Thanks.

I bought in at $3
a share almost a year ago. Unfortunately at the time the only reason I
bought it was because I figured the measly $95 left in my money market
account would be better off taking a tiny chance with Mirage than sitting
idle. So I picked up 25 shares based on your recommendation, a complete
shot in the dark that I more or less wrote off right away. Due to the
fact that I pay $20 a trade I decided to let it sit there, I was going
to pull it back out, but with the trade fee it just wasn't worth selling
it. Today my tiny little $75 dollar investment is worth $1875, I'd say
it did a little better with Mirage/Netsol than it would've in my money
market account. Plus it makes a pretty neat story to tell my buds. Thanks
for the tip,

Hello, I'm a student
at the University of British Columbia. Last year, around February, before
IW(M) went from $2 to $5 in one day, I bought in. I was driving home one
day from school, heard the business report on CKWX 1130, listing most
actives on the VSE, "Infowave Wireless shot up twenty cents today..."
(something like that). Somehow when I heard wave and wireless I thought,
this sounded like something big. I only had a few thousand dollars to
start with, kept track of the stock for a while, and bought in at $1.72
(can't forget my very first bought price of this gem). Went up and down
$0.20 for a while, then the day b4 the earnings, it shot up to $1.85 or
so. The next day, I had a dream that one of my stocks were up big. Before
you know it, turned on my comp...there it was, up $1.70. read the financials..."we
did better than expected..."...The next day up another $1. I was immature
and tried to play the day trade on the swing of the stock. Not only did
I not make as much as if I held it long, but lost money on one of the
trades when the market started to dip, so I thought I'd better sell. Learnt
my lesson for playing the swings. So I bought in at $4.80 and held it
to this day. During that year when it was stagnant around the $3-$4 mark
(b/c of the PP), i played a bit in there. Then the TSE listing, got my
sister into it. After TSE lisitng, went down to $3, bought more only to
sell too soon at $16, thought to myself it's a nice news year present.
Then it just kept on continuing up to $64.5 to close yesterday. I've been
worried when it started trading down from $48 to $30, but my good friend
told me not to worry. So I kept it and now it's worth lots!!! I've told
my prof to get in when it was $4, he did and bought 500 for his grandson.
He is a big investor but wouldn't believe this would end up so big.. Wonder
if he still has it cause he was thinking of selling when it doubled to
$8. I told my friend who works at TD Bank, and they were looking at it
at $16, and thought it went up so fast from $4, it'll go down, so they
didn't buy it. Now $16 is a buyer's dream if they can get in for $16/share.
Not a bad year at all, best 3 months ever!!! Turned my few thousand to
tens of thousands. Who says Canadian companies, especially tech companies
in Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, aren't good!!???!!!

I invested in Infowave
back in July 1999, at $3.80. I was jumping for joy when it went up over
50% on Wed. (I believe) during the week. I also bought RIM at $8.60 back

is your long and short on Infowave?? Keep up the good work!

Hi: I did not invest
in IW because of your recommendation. I wish I had been receiving your
material at that time, I would be up even more than I am now. I didn't
get in until $11.75, but then I did buy again @ 13.50 and ended up with
7000 shares total. I am now a long holder of these shares. If you thought
IW was the best to date, you ain't seen nothing yet! Look up the companies
called Sierra Wireless, Certicom, Research in Motion and Aether. Check
their prices today. IW will eclipse every one of them. Why? Because they
are in the software end of it, not the hardware, and there will be much
greater revenue from software. (see Qualcomm). Also, IW's software is
device agnostic - it can be used across the whole spectrum of wireless
devices. Yes, even those who buy in now will be very happy with this stock.
I know I will be. How much is 7000 shares @ $300.00US? About $3,024,000.00,
that's how much! Of course I'll have to pay commissions when I sell, but
hey, maybe at that point I'll just sell 200 shares a year for the next
35 years! Sorry, I get carried away when talking about our best stock
ever! BTW, I enjoy your information every time you send it, and I will
keep looking for the next IW in your reports!

Hi----I read your
origninal info on NetSol and waited a month and got 800 shares at $3/ea.
Thank you much! I'm still holding onto 500 of those shares---wozzie, what
a return. Why did I sell 300 of them....well, unfortuately I had a cash
need about 2 1/2 months ago and got out at 18 on those.....little did
I ever dream how much money I would be leaving on the table. Oh well,
the 500 shares are still working quite well and I have no plans of selling
in the near future since it seems that upward pressure is still evident.
When it fell back from the intraday high of $80/share yesterday, there
were still buyers there to push it back up to $75. Once again, thank you........I've
also invested in Blue Zone from your reports.....I think they have a NetSol
like future also.

Just a note regarding
Infowave- I started buying when it was a penny stock on VC, although I
was most pleased by seeing the review that you posted. My first purchases
started because of the initial side of their development, with PowerPrint.
Your coverage and that of Mark Pavan only reinforced my own beliefs -
a few thousand shares - and no doubt a once in a lifetime return on a
penny stock. A few friends each bought a 100 shares and are delighted
with the return they have gained as well.

re: NTWK I bought
1000 shares at $3 shortly after the first profile I saw after becoming
a member. After patiently waiting a few months; not generally being a
penny stock investor, I sold 1/4 of it when it reached heights of $5.50
a share. Of course I was ecstatic when I saw NTWK (or was it still MGHI?)
rocket to the high teens. But since I was only in for a little over $2K
I thought I'd sit on it for a while. Of course during this time there
was always a little tidbit of news here and there about good business
developments with the company. So it seemed like reasonable growth for
a potentially high growth company. Yesterday I sold off 200 more shares
at $75 just in case the balloon pops. Up until this week my best performer
(in terms of net worth increase) has been Intel. An investment of $4K
a number of years back has been a handsome return. Peanuts! The $2K in
NTWK is now worth more than my INTC holding. I am little baffled that
the stock has run up so high so fast with literally no news on the wires
and only a 50% increase in trading volume. I would have expected the OTCJournal
team to be all over this instead of just glowing in their brilliance (go
ahead a glow, and accept my thanks. I would never have heard of this stock
without you).

I bought into Infowave
last summer prior to your coverage. As you stated, it has been a wonderful
investment! However, following recent selling by insiders within the company,
I have now also sold my position to lock in my profits, and to move the
funds into the internet gaming sector. Two companies you should look at:
Chartwell Technology (V.CWH) and International Thunderbird (T.INB). Both
of these companies are relatively undiscovered stocks at present, but
both have the potential to generate the same gains as Infowave. http://www.chartwelltechnology.com

I certainly do appreciate the information that you have provided on ECG

ECG in what appears to be their never ending 7.50 to 10 range. However
with the DD that you have provided and the investigation I have done,

I also like your no nonsense and 'no hype' approach to identifying ascending
