&lt;em&gt;Editor: The company has a bunch of shares in registration, and the registration statement is not effective at this point in time. However, it has been a little over 6 months since the company raised money, and those shares are now eligible to be free trading under the Rule 144 for exemption. I'm wondering if that has allowed for some sellers. &lt;/em&gt;</description>
