Editor: No, not putting out a buy recommendation. Here’s the main reason- I don’t believe this company is doing anything to enhance its shareholder base or try to get exposure. The numbers are coming in pretty good, and if it starts to trade better technically with some interest, I probably will. However, it seems like they are content to sit back and wait for the world to come to them, and in this environment that simply is not going to happen.
