My quote provider finally adjusted the charting software for the split and the symbol change. I am now able to show you a chart of the stock performance. In the words of the immortal Jackie Gleason, the stock has rocketed “to the moon Alice”. If you don’t understand the reference, I suggest watching reruns of the old Honeymooners sitcom. They are hysterical.
The chart is a lesson in patience and having faith. To be a good microcap investor, you must have faith that corporate performance will eventually translate to high returns. Note that NWWV traded between $1 and $1.50 for a year before making this breathtaking run. During that time, the company was delivering a 700% growth rate. Those with patience are now rewarded.
At this point it is hard to say whether the run will continue. I know it won’t keep going up forever. Assuming we attain the $2 level (currently $1.95) we still are only dealing with a $70 to $80 million market cap vs closing in on $1 million per month in high margin revenues.
For those who are not on board this high speed train, a little pullback might provide a welcome entry point. Look for significant increases in the top line as the company moves forward on the roll out of the Auction Liquidators eBay drop off service, and the informercial with Bob Eubanks.
Finally caught a good ride. Thanks a lot.
Editor: We haven’t had a really good one since BPTR when I first published on it, and GEPT in the first week of trading. It’s about time.
I’m sending this under the NWWV blog site as I don’t see the BLOG for FMLY. Amy reason it no longer appears, or have I missed something? Kenneth Brown
Editor: The FMLY BLOG is on the notepad which should scroll down on the right side of your screen when you go to http://www.otcjournal.com. It is still there. There are a lot of comments, but no entries except the intro.
i have to say this was a nice call on your part yet it has been a hard stock to buy …. the liquidty should be better since the split and with a pull back on the technical side i would be a buyer ….. while speaking to the fundaments this being a growing area and a possible buyout canidate with all that u have said about the company and its performance and looking forward into the next 12 months…
Editor: Technically, the abosolutely ideal spot to buy the stock at right now would be about $1.57, but there’s no telling if it will get there. You are right, it is still pretty illiquid and a little hard to buy. However, this was a virtually unknown company one year ago, and the average daily volume is now starting to pick up. It takes a while to build an audience for a total unknown. The company’s projections are not publicly available for 2005 thanks to Sarbanes Oxley. However, if they hit their numbers, viewing them as a buy out candidate is a real possibility. Since the CEO delivered on his projections in ’04, we have a real good chance with this one.
was tempted to sell at 4.50….. glad i held on
Editor: Glad you held on also. Just goes to show what a little patience can do if the company is delivering the goods.
I had just spoken of Honeymooners to a business network friend, as the phrase “To the moon, Alice.” had been catchy for me. What is this NWWV? Seems like whoever has such a rise even if fell would not be down. Good trend to follow as an example.
Editor: Yes, this has been a good one in recent weeks. Both the company and the stock are really getting some traction. I guess we’re of the same generation if you like the old Honeymooners episodes.
NWWV is a REAL disappointment. After a day of gains, it sett;led to lower lows below a buck—I havbe a 50 pct paper loss. Will rthis doig ever bark again?????
Editor: This one is my number one choice for a big rally this year. The company is simply kicking butt fundamentally, and now is the time to buy because no one cares and no one is watching. The stock has recently been assaulted by some big sellers who have problems elsewhere in their portfolios, and were using NWWV as a source of funds. Watch this one come back in September.
Sharehold meeting news out? May buy more on the dip? Down 20% now.
Editor: My view- BUY- check the latest posting. No one was even at the AGM and nothing was announced one way or the other.Â
