eFoodSafety – News Keeps Party Going

eFoodSafety, my latest idea in the penny stock arena, was out with early news today, and it bodes well for higher levels for this idea.

For penny stock afficianodos, your first shot at this one was about $.20. Today, it is a $.24 stock and looking to try to go higher.

Since this idea is just in its infancy, a 20% return in the first week is not bad.

Today’s news concerns the effectiveness of their blood sugar regulating product, Cinnergen. I have started taking the product, and will report if it yields any identifiable changes. I could definately stand to lose 10 lbs like everyone else after the holidays.

The company published the findings of the clinical results it had commissioned, and they were outstanding. They now have clinical proof this simple liquid product helps diabetics and non-diabetics process sugar more efficiently.

I strongly recommend you read today’s press release so you can get your own understanding of just how effective this product could be. Here’s a short cut- just click here.

Our major concern here is with sales of the product- so what will this mean? In my view, it means the company will expand its retail distribution network quite rapidly.

Here’s the current chart:

As you can easily see from the chart, the gap from last week’s huge volume day has not been closed, and sometimes it simply doesn’t happen. This is because the company delivered news of significant progress today, and investors are continuing to buy this one up.

At this point, the gap may never be filled, particularly if the company can deliver more substantive events in the near future.

Look for new retailers to start carrying the product now that they have clinical data to support their claims.

This is just the beginning. Comments and questions are welcome.

  1. Just curious about EFSF it looks like it could have potential. Do you think it’s too late to get in, or will we see it under $0.20 again? Thanks!

Editor: No, I don’t believe it is going to pull back. I would buy it now. If it were going to pull back, it would have already.

  2. Whats your short term target on EFSF?

Editor: As I recall from the original presentation, it was $.30.

  3. did you buy any shares for yourself with your own money?
Editor: Not in this case. If you have read the disclaimer, you will note I have received 1 million shares of newly issued restricted stock for coverage of the company. I can’t sell any of them for a year. I have no problem waiting a year on this one, and I hope to get a huge payday. Knowing what I knew about the company, I would have bought it, but I had too much insider information for a legal trade. Also, owning a million shares is a darn nice position. If they have the kind of commercial success I believe is possible in the next year, and the market remains healthy, I might be able to pay off a house or something of the like with this one.

  4. I have not picked up any shares of the stock yet. Do you believe it is too late to buy some ?

If no, at what price should we buy it up to ?

Editor: Since my initial target price was $.30, and it has already traded there, I would say give it a day or so to cool off. Right now, I would hope to see it trade back to $.26 or $.27 and buy it then, but it might not. The answer- if you feel you have to own it just buy half so you can buy more on a pullback. If it doesn’t pull back, at least you have some.

  5. I have followed this stock for two years and have owned this stock for two years. My opinion only this could be a $50 stock. Please list all of its products, and what is also being tested.

Editor: If this stock goes to $50, I will be stinking rich as long as it does so in the next few years. However, I would happily settle for $1 this year. $50 implies a market cap of $5.5 billion if I did the math right. I’d like to see them do $10 million in revenues, then start looking that far down the road.

  6. I have to say, you guys rock on finding these gems, bought CPNE

Editor: You want a gem. TTGL- you have no idea how good that company is going to become. There’s a gem.

  7. You guys rock, thanks for the gems discovered so far, bought CPNE at .77 and EFSF at .22…keep up the good work.

Editor: Believe me, it isn’t always this good. Please tell your friends to sign up for the OTC Journal.

  8. I like what I see happening with EFSF, but 182 million shares of stock outstanding, is there a posdsdibility that they would enact a reverse split?

Editor: You are not up to date- you might want to go back and read my original presentation in the archives- they retired 30 million shares they sued their x chairman for- I believe there are now only about 150 million. And, no, they are not considering a reverse split to my knowledge.

  9. Hi,

I just saw a regular 15 sec commercial spot for this product on CNN Headline News. Sat Jan 20 @ 9:40pm PST. Cant wait for the info commercials.

    Best,
    Dan

Editor: The short commercials will expand. Their infomercial will be for the Pur Effect ski care product with celebrity endorsements. – It will compete with market leader Pro Active.

  10. even though it has hit up to around .35, is it a good time to invest or wait for a pullback??

Editor: I will give you my standard answer- no, it is not a good time to invest technically.  The stock is extended and overbought. However, if the company delivers more major events, which I believe they might, this stock could become more extended and more overbought in short order. They always go higher than you believe they can go, and they always go lower than you believe they can go. Here’s my advice- if you don’t own any shares of this stock and like the story, go in for about 1/3 of what you want to invest. That way, if the stock continues powering higher, you will own some. If it wants to correct, you have capital left to pick up shares at lower prices. If it starts to crack, I will post a BLOG with the good technical entry levels.

  11. Look for http://www.pureffect.com to come online soon. It has been registered by CK41 Direct, Inc. Maybe it will be ecommerce enabled with streaming video of the infomercials.

Editor: I’m sure it will. I’m hoping for some progress on that front in the not too distant future.

  12. Concerning the news today … Why would the USDA file the patent?

Editor: Because they have done the studies to provide the patent evidence.

  13. Price movement the last few days looks like consolidation with a resistance at $0.35. Do you agree or is it ready for a correction?

Editor: It is now undergoing a correction, which is fine. Reset the bar and give everyone a chance to get in at a reasonable level. If $.30 holds it will be a good level to accumulate. If it gives a lot more ground, $.25 will become the ideal level.

  14. The sudden and unexpected rise of EFSF against the depressive mood of most OTC shares gives reason to speculate that there might be good news in the air, only known to a few insiders. My guess is that there may be optimistic intermediate results on the ongoing OraPhyte investigations.

Editor: Could be. Could be an oversold snap back. Could be some year end tax sellers reinvesting their capital. Could be some short covering. Could be some pending news. Technically, it was long overdue.
