VirTra Systems
(OTC BB: VTSI)- Finds New Clients In Far Corners of the World |
|
Today was a red letter day at VirTra
Systems. Just after the market closed, VirTra Systems announced
the company received its first purchase order for a 3D Judgemental-Use-Of-
Force Training Simulator from another continent on the other side of the
world.
Nikunj Eximp Enterprises purchased
the IVR-300™ HD, a 300-degree situational awareness and judgmental use-of-force
firearms training system. Nikunj is a large supplier of military equipment
to the military and police forces in India.
India has now joined Mexico as the
first two foreign countries to purchase their initial training system.
In addition to the news of the sale
to India, earlier today VirTra Systems announced Red Baron
pizza is not only renewing the contract for its traveling virtual reality
attraction, Red Baron is also going to upgrade the system.
For those of you who need a refresher
course, VirTra Systems is a virtual reality specialty company. In
2003 the company developed and introduced two very high end Judgmental
Use Of Force Training Simulators designed to meet the training needs of
both homeland security and military entities world wide. One system is
fixed, the other is portable.
As terrorist violence continues to
escalate on a world wide basis, demand for quality training simulators
which put the trainee in a three dimensional, highly realistic, simulated
environment is growing rapidly.
VirTra got its foot in the
door last year with a sale to Mexico and a simulator sale used for recruiting
purposes by the US Army. Today, VirTra has followed up with
its first purchase order from the Far East. The company also received high
profile press when its simulator was featured on the cover of the November/December
edition of Police Marksman Magazine. This article fostered a high
volume of inquiries on their simulators.
VirTra was one of the OTC
Journal's biggest wins in 2004. I first featured the company on July
15th at $.10. In October, the stock made a high trade of $.47, for a total
move of 370% over three months.
As you can see from the chart, the
stock has since completed of 50% retracement of the 370% move, offering
potential new shareholders and current shareholders an opportunity to open
or add to positions at a lower risk level.
All the reviews I have read on VirTra's
products lead me to believe they have the best training simulator on the
market. Demand is growing, and orders are beginning to flow.
With each initial order, multiple
follow on orders are contemplated. If and when multi unit orders come,
I believe shares of VirTra Systems stock have the potential to trade
to $1.
The stock has been drifting down
recently on very light volume. Today's news should turn it back up. Multi
unit orders should take us to new highs if and when they come. Multiple
unit orders will take a lot of risk out of owning the stock, and you will
probably have to pay a lot more for the reduced risk. That's why it makes
sense for risk oriented investors to look at the stock now.
