To OTC Journal Members:

On Tuesday went sent out an update on US Microbics (OTC BB: BUGS) because we felt that the stock had drifted down to a ridiculously low level, and was worth reviewing at those levels.

Since when the stock was $3.25, it has rebounded nicely and closed today at $3.44 bid, $3.75 ask, yielding a 6% move since yesterday.

Most micro cap stocks will tend to trade within a certain range until fundamental developments at the Company and recognition from investors drives the stock either well above or well below the range it had been trading in.  In the case of US Microbics, the range seems to be $3 on the low end and $5 on the high.  Currently, the range on our parent company, 1st Net Technologies (OTC BB:FNTT) seems to be $5.50 on the low end, and $8 on the high end.

We always try to bring you the most current information we can get on these companies at a time that provides a favorable entry point to our members, as was the case with US Microbics.  Stocks like these tend to provide excellent returns if the Company executes its business plan and investors are prepared to hold for the long term.  However, it is always psychologically easier to hold a stock if you own it at the bottom of its trading range.

Today, US Microbics issued a press release concerning the efficacy of one of its processing products, which we have provided for your convenience.  Here is the press release:

Bio-Raptor Converts Horse Manure into Soil Amendment

CARLSBAD, Calif., June 24 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. Microbics, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: BUGS) announced today that the company's patented Bio-Raptor(TM) process and proprietary microbial mixtures have successfully reduced offensive odors, pathogens, and seeds from horse manure and turned the organic matter into a high quality soil amendment for landscape and architectural projects.

The Bio-Raptor(TM), a shredder, conveyor, and screening system, is ideally suited for solid manure applications including horse, dairy, and chicken sites. The one-step Bio-Raptor(TM) process pulverizes, aerates, and sprays the manure with a microbial blend. Recent tests with horse manure have shown impressive results including: odor reduction within 3 days, pathogen and seed reduction within seven days, volume reduction up to forty five percent, and ammonium reduction of 95%. Typical untreated composted manures may take up to one year to naturally decompose and may not control their orders. With a nominal speed of 100-300 tons per hour, the Bio-Raptor(TM) can process large quantities of material in short periods of time.

This decreased processing time obtained with the Bio-Raptor(TM) and microbes means the manure owner can convert additional manure into soil amendments in the same amount of time, significantly increase the production in the same amount of physical space, or substantially decrease the amount of acreage to process a given amount of manure. All three benefits can decrease costs or increase revenue to the manure processor. With the addition of green waste, sand, black soil or additional processed manure types, a rich soil amendment can be created and is often in demand by landscape contractors for new housing developments. Supplementing the soil amendment with additional microbes may often enhance plant growth, appearance, and yield, and reduce water consumption, pumping charges and fertilizer requirements.

Robert Brehm, CEO of U.S. Microbics, states, "Now that we have proven the effectiveness of the treatment process, we plan to continue our own manure processing operations and offer the product and process to other manure handlers including racetrack operators, farmers, ranchers and topsoil producers, who want quicker, cheaper non-chemical alternatives to manure disposal or conversion into sellable products."
