Sauer Flying- And You're First; A Volume Explosion

Every now and then some random penny stock starts trading huge volume, and trades really well for a few weeks. Millions of shares change hands, the stock runs up the chart, and investors who spotted the trend early make a killing. You also have to get out before the interest wanes and the stock heads south if you want to notch your profits.

Such is the case with Sauer Energy (OTC BB: SENY)- my find of the week. Three days ago, this stock started trading huge volume out of nowhere, and this might continue for a week or two.

SENY was unknown before last Wednesday, the 16th. Then, SENY traded 175,300 shares, 367,300 shares, and 401,283 shares each day in succession. I suspect today will be the biggest day yet, and who knows where we go from here.

I do know after I've sent today's edition out, I'm going to jump into the market and accumulate a bunch for myself. This one is in the very early stages of exploding, and I want in as much as anyone. Just so we're clear- I don't own any shares as of the date of this publication, but as soon as this edition is out, I'll be taking a position. I reserve the right to sell it anytime I want without notice, but in the interest of fairness I will let you know when I'm getting out.

I've done a little due diligence and dug up some information on the company. This is development stage- meaning the company is pre revenue. However, they have some really interesting looking wind/energy technology that could be revolutionary.

They have developed a light weight wind turbine- suitable for the roof of a home. It appears to be designed mainly for individual home owners, and Sauer claims an installation, with the gov't subsidies, will pay for itself in 18 months.

Here's what the turbine looks like, and it will turn in any directional wind. Therefore, unlike the wind farms that rely on the prevailing winds, this lightweight roof mounted and patented turbine draws energy in nearly any weather condition.

Cool looking turbine, but what's really cool is the sudden massive volume and price surge in the stock.

Starting on Wednesday of last week someone decided they wanted to own as much SENY as they could get their hands on. The stocks shows a 400% increase in volume over 3 trading days, but only moved from $1.10 to $1.30 before backing down to about $1.22.

In the last couple of months a number of these moderately obscure penny stocks developed big followings and appreciated beautifully. The key- get in early, and get out when the stock makes a big move.

SENY is exhibiting the early characteristics of some of the last month's winners. If you're reading this, that means I've sent out the idea, so it's fair game for me to buy it. I'll probably own a bunch of this stock by the time you read this edition, and I'll sell it when I make a decent profit so long as the volume and price keep moving in the right direction.

Technically, I love this stock for a one to two week trade the way it looks now. I'm in. Hope you are as well.
