OTC Journal Followings Procera (AMEX: PKT) and Cel-Sci (AMEX: CVM) Breaking Out

Two OTC Journal followings look very strong today. 

Procera Networks (AMEX: PKT) breaking out 17.7% today. This is a software company that helps the huge ISPs manage their email traffic. One analyst estimates $28 million in revs this year- a double, and estimates $.05 EPS. Could put the stock around $2 if he is right. - I own 10,000 shares.

Cel-Sci (CVM)- my Swine Flu theme company is also showing signs of life today- is enjoying increasing volume today and up about 6%. There's a couple little volume spikes in that idea over the last two days, and that one could be getting ready to make a move. I own about 33,000 shares.
