To OTC Journal Members:

PawnBroker.com (OTC BB: PBRR) finally closed at $3 today on 647,800 shares. The remainder of this week will be technically critical to the stock. If it can break the $3 barrier convincingly it will probably go to $3.50 or $4 short term. If not, we may be stuck in the mud a little longer.

In this edition we are going to introduce you to a new investing resource that we have helped develop over the last year. The OTC Journal is all about making money in the stock market. Our editing team specializes in the micro cap stocks that we cover and the proven philosophy that goes along with that small area of the market.

However, investing styles are evolving. Individual investors used to put the bulk of their investment dollars in mutual funds and take a small percentage of their risk capital for microcap stocks. This is changing.

Today about 60% of the trades executed on the NASDAQ are done in individual accounts. Individual investors are now empowered to dominate where the institutions used to rule. Investors are taking control of their own portfolios rather than trusting a fund manager who is handcuffed by the restrictions placed upon him by the rules of his fund. Only about 20% of fund managers outperform the S&P 500, and investors know it.

The amount of information and speed with which it travels are creating a complete paradigm shift for investors. The 21st Century stock market investor will have so much information at his finger tips that returns will be stronger than any time in history. Winners will be easier to identify and losers will be ejected for portfolios before disasters occur.

Investors are becoming disenchanted with the traditional Wall Street analysts. Three weeks ago the Internet specialist, Henry Blodgett of Merrill Lynch made negative comments about Internet stocks. The irony of this was not lost on the investing public. Most investors want to know where this guy was at the end of March when most Internet stocks were trading at exhoribtant values.

One of the most prolific sources of stock trading ideas can be found on the message boards in the online financial communities. We study the message boards all the time, and we can tell you with a great deal of certainty that there are some excellent stock traders on these boards. By following their ideas, especially in the short term, there is money to be made.

There was a time when we considered trying to recruit some of these great stock pickers as editors. About a year ago we decided to take a different direction. In conjunction with the best web developers we know, the OTC Journal would like to invite all of its members in on the ground floor of an exciting new Internet community: The Swing Wire

The SwingWire (www.swingwire.com)-An Overview

Approximately 350,000 receive the online stock related newsletters we publish. Within those 350,000 investors are some great stock pickers. We know this for a fact- occasionally we get ideas from them that work out.

We featured Infowave Software (TSE: IW) on a tip from a member in two of our newsletters last October at $3.80. The stock was $3 two weeks later, and then went to $65 over the next five months.

The SwingWire is the premier online investment community which provides a forum for anybody to become an analyst and submit stock trading ideas for investors. Performance is tracked with total integrity. Moreover, as an accomplished "Cyber Analyst" you will be able to get paid for your stock picking performance by the Swing Wire.

Back in June we rolled out an early beta version of the site. Last week it was taken down, and the final version was launched. It is now ready for you to use.

The concept is simple. The Swing Wire is an open investment forum for anybody to buy and sell stocks in a virtual portfolio. All trades are priced off real time quotes, and the system is designed with more integrity than any other site on the Internet today.

Users of the site can buy and sell stocks at any time. A track record is created, and other investors can follow your lead. You can search for the top performing Cyber Analysts and follow their ideas. Each Cyber Analyst has a trading space where users can follow everything they do. You can search the site for the best performing Cyber Analysts.

You can become a Cyber Analyst. We have certainly received enough ideas from our members over the last two years. Here is your chance to prove what an outstanding stock picker you are.

Here is an example. On August 15th a Cyber Analyst known as Kosmix picked Analog Devices (NYSE: ADI) at $84. The next day he closed out the position at $90.50 for an excellent one day gain. Had you been following his ideas you could have duplicated this trade in your own account. You could have configured the system to automatically notify you by email or instant messaging when Kosmix was making a trade.

The site has an enormous amount of functionality and it will take you some time to learn it all.  It is one of the most comprehensive sites we have ever used.

We strongly recommend that you spend time at the site and get a feel for using it. You will find it a valuable use of your time, especially if you like short term trading ideas.

How You Can Make Money

There are two ways to make money off the site. The first is to find one or more Cyber Analysts that provide money making ideas and use them. The site has the ability to notify you automatically when a trade is made by a CA you follow. The second is to become a Cyber Analyst, and in the future the Swing Wire will pay you based on the following you have by virtue of your superior performance.

At some point in the future you will be required to pay a nominal monthly fee to access the Swing Wire. 50% of the monthly fees will be set aside for the Cyber Analysts. The fees will be divided up based on the amount of traffic you have on a pro rata basis compared to the rest of the Cyber Analysts in the community.

What To Do Now

You need to sign up for a 60 day free trial and begin spending some time at the site. The site has a tremendous amount of robust functionality and it will take you some time to learn it all. From there you should begin using ideas you are comfortable with.

If you believe you are a good stock picker you should become a Cyber Analyst. Special notice to members that have been sending us ideas for the last two years- Here is your opportunity to show what you can do.

Once the community converts to paid subscriptions you will begin collecting a monthly check based on your performance and the traffic in your trading space.

To register for a free, two month trial for the Swing Wire Click Here.

Or go to the Following Web Site:
