What A Week: They Won't All
Be Like This |
|
Here's my message today: Don't get
used to it. There not all like this. This past week has been a fantastic
week for OTC Journal subscribers, and this performance cannot be
duplicated all the time. Let's start with three large caps I've been featuring:
-
FXI: Large Cap China ETF: $25
to $42 since February: 68% profit- 136% on margin
-
EWZ: Large Cap Brazil ETF: $35
to $57.60 since December: 64.5% profit- 120% on margin
-
Citigroup (NYSE: C): $2.50 to
$3.25 this past week: 30% profit in three trading days
Now, let's look at a few big winners
in the Small and Micro Cap Arena From the OTC Journal
-
NF Energy (NFES): $.69 in June
to $1.64- 137% profit
-
Cel-Sci (CVM): $.36 in June to
$.50- 40% profit
-
Universal Travel (UTA): $8 in
June to $14- 75% profit- 150% on margin
-
Dercyz Scientific (DYSC): $1
in July- $1.15 - 15% profit
Now, that's six big winners, with microcap
NF
Energy leading the way. And, of course, there are a few losers and
disappointments on the right hand menu bar of that home page. However-
they are all there for you to see.
Now, for the weekend feature, here's
one I have been saying is really positioned to make a comeback, and the
stock is starting to behave much better:
 |
Options Media Group (OTC
BB: OPMG): Finally Breaks the $.30 Mark |
|
OPMG had a reasonably good
week. If finally got through that $.30 threshold on Friday, and
seems like it's ready to trade higher.
On Thursday the company announced
it had a number of new business initiatives starting up, and had added
12 new clients campaigns to its current work log.
The company is launching campaigns
for two NFL teams- the Tampa Bay Bucs and the Miami Dolphin. OPMG also
specifically names a number of new restaurant initiatives on behalf of
Dave & Busters, Maggianos Italian Restaurants and Jamba Juice.
The stock traded up through the $.30
level on relatively light volume, which suggests it is ready to trade considerably
higher on greater volume.
As I have been saying on this idea
for sometime- the digital advertising world is exploding. It's simply provides
advertisers a better ROI, and therefore is growing while other segments
of the ad market are shrinking.
OPMG is destined to turn the
corner to profitability later this year. You will see a Q2 with much lower
costs, better margins, and higher gross profits.
It's probably going back to that
$.50
level where we originally started.

If you're going to be an effective
an intelligent stock market investor, you must have access to quality,
real time data on the markets. This software must include a monitor grid
with live quotes showing the bid, offer, last trade, and volume. It has
to be dynamic and in real time. You have to see the price changes.
You also need Level II quotes to
see what the market makers are doing, Time and Sales where you can see
every trade, and live charts with the ability to input any technical data
you want to see.
I believe the best software solution
on the internet is AlphaTrade- it's reasonably easy to use, and
most importantly very inexpensive. A $17 monthly fee is about the lowest
out there, and after adding in the unavoidable exchange fees, you're in
for about $35 per month.
Alphatrade offers a 2 week
free trial for anyone who wants to try the system. However, I know the
CEO, and I have arranged a special deal for OTC Journal subscribers.
You get a whole month for FREE! No risk. Try
it. It's web based, so you can see it out the way you want to see it, and
open it on any browser. You don't need to have your own computer.
There's a bit of a learning curve
on the software, but it's worth the time to learn how to use it and configure
it for your needs. For free, how can you go wrong. Try it.
Just click on the Alphatrade
image, and get started immediately.
