If you missed last week's edition with the details on the new site, simply click here if you wish to read it.  Please help us out by playing the beta version of the Virtual Stock Picking Game so that we can work out the bugs.  We are hoping to begin play for cash prizes on July 1st.

Upcoming Presentation About 1st Net on CNBC

We know that many of our members are shareholders in our parent company, 1st Net Technologies (OTC BB: FNTT).  1st Net has been one of our best price performers of 1999.  When we first began coverage back in January, the stock was $3.25.  Since then, 1st Net has traded as high as $10.50, and is now in the $5.50 range.  Today's news release is the first in a series that will be forthcoming in the next several weeks which will give investors a better picture of 1st Net's direction as it deploys all of its Internet Related technologies to commercially viable products.

As always, we remind our members that 1st Net is the parent company of SSP Management, the owner of this newsletter.  Therefore, you should view any information we provide on 1st Net as a potential conflict of interest and self-serving.

This Sunday, June 13th, Cliff Smith the President of 1st Net will be interviewed on Caspar Weinberger's World Business Review.  The show will air nationwide on CNBC at 3:00 Eastern Time, 12:00 Pacific Time.  Mr. Smith will discuss many aspects of 1st Net, including our Affinity Browsers, the Crayon Crawler, and our Interactive Business Cards.

If you miss the broadcast, don't worry.  We will have an archived version of it available on the 1st Net Site, and it will be rebroadcast several times in the coming months.

News on 1st Net Technologies (OTC BB: FNTT)

Today, 1st Net issued a press release which gives our shareholders a glimpse of the way 1st Net's business will role out over the coming year.

1st Net announced today that it has completed the sale of exclusive licensing and marketing rights for the Crayon Crawler Web Browser and other Web enabling technologies to The Children's Technology Group(TM) Inc.

The Crayon Crawler is a "secure'' Internet browser designed exclusively for children. It is an essential tool for both parents and schools concerned about children's access to inappropriate material on-line. The Crayon Crawler features a talking chat room, automatic blocking of vulgarity, and animated characters that can actually read to and interact with children. It has a "closed'' e-mail system that eliminates Spam, pornographic solicitations, and unwanted e-mails. The Crayon Crawler also features instant messaging that allows children to know if their community friends are available online.

What this means to 1st Net shareholders is that the rights to market the Crayon Crawler are now licensed to The Children's Technology Group, Inc.  1st Net not only owns 86% of the Children's Technology group, it also has received a one-time $400,000 royalty fee and will receive 5% of all gross revenues generated by the Company.

There has been so must interest in the Crayon Crawler since the introduction of the Beta Test Version that 1st Net decided to set up a separate company to manage the product which could be a potential candidate for an IPO or a Leverage Buy Out in the future.

1st Net's Business Model

Over the coming weeks there will be a string of news announcements similar to today's Crayon Crawler press release concerning the other proprietary Internet Related technologies that 1st Net is developing.

Each of these technologies represents the potential for an entirely separate company which could be developed in its own separate way.  Therefore, the 1st Net growth model is evolving into a miniature version of the model so successfully executed by CMGI (NASDAQ: CMGI), which has served as an incubator for many of the household Internet related names.

Stay tuned for further updates.
