To OTC Journal Members:

The NASDAQ is like a patient just waking up from surgery. It is groggy, and vital signs are being checked to determine if the patient is indeed on the road to recovery. The success of the operation might not be known for some time. The patient is showing signs of coming back to consciousness, but we're not sure if the operation was a success. Last week's injection of pain medication from the Federal Reserve in the form of 1/2 point drop in interest rates was met with 300 points of pain relief in one day. However, The pain returned over the next three trading sessions. We know the patient wants to get well, its just hard to tell if this last surgical removal of value was enough to do the trick. Time will tell.

In the meantime, long term investors need not worry and short term investors need to stay light on their feet. We are looking at a new Trading Alert for the weekend, but market conditions will dictate its release. If everything comes together it will be a high percentage money making opportunity- We have been right on this one twice in the past.
