Special Announcement

Next week we will be releasing our March Profile. We're not sure what day- market conditions will dictate the timing. If you have ever heard or read the term "XML" you will want to read this profile.

XML is an acronym for Extensible Markup Language. This computer language has only been around since 1998, and it is already considered the Wholly Grail of eCommerce. It is already used commonly. Both the quote feed for the NASDAQ and the SEC's EDGAR system run on XML. There are a number of programs in your computer running it now.

Fortune 500 companies have a huge appetite for XML since its implementation can be a major cost saver. In any economic environment large companies have budgets for projects which will save money.

Our porfile's stock is currently at its lowest level in history, and the company's business is improving rapidly. Stay tuned for the profile next week.

Monday's Market

We received a lot of positive comments on our Trading Alerts from the February 28th picks of Nokia (NYSE: NOK) and JDS Uniphase (JDSU). These ideas come from our friends at the Swingwire (www.Swingwire.com).

Some of the better Cyber Analysts at the Swingwire had targeted the 2040 level on the NASDAQ as a low risk entry point. For those of you who were watching, the NASDAQ hit this level yesterday.

If the market gaps down on Monday morning we will be issuing Trading Alerts on at least two mid cap technology stocks that are technically oversold and due for a serious bounce. We will try to get them out by 8:00 Pacific Time if the market cooperates.

Currently, there are 450,000 members in the OTC Journal, and it takes about 3 hours to deliver 95% of our emails. If you want to get the heads up ASAP, simply go to the following OTC Journal archive web page: http://listserv.otcjournal.com. That day's newsletter will archive the moment it begins mailing. You might want to check that web page throughout the course of the morning, particularly if the market is down at the open.

Envoy Communications (NASDAQ: ECGI)- A Very Disappointing Week

On the heels of more spectacular corporate news on Tuesday, Envoy traded high volume Tuesday and Wednesday in the mid $3 range, then collapsed with the rest of the market to close at $2.75 on Friday.

In view of the company's announcements this week highlighting contracts with both Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) and Intel (NASDAQ: INTC), this is particularly disappointing.

Apparently the sellers in this stock are not completely cleaned out as we had hoped. There are still weak shareholders needing to raise capital with no regard for the company's future or the price at which the stock is trading. This is the type of market that shakes out the weak hands.

When a small stock like this one trades relatively high volume with no upside movement in the price, this is a sign that the stock is likely to start down. Conversely, when stocks like this trade low volume with no downside movement in the price, this can be an excellent entry point.

Based on this past week Envoy could go to $2, or rebound to $4. It is difficult to predict in the short term. When the sellers dry up the stock will go higher. If you are an investor with a six month time horizon you should be amply rewarded. The company has tremendous momentum, and eventually it will be reflected in the price of the stock.

Visa Gold Explorations (CDNX: YVL)

We featured this company in last weekend's edition. We have been following Visa Gold since December. This stock is a speculator's dream, and should be relatively immune to the bear market and economic slow down.

Visa Gold is the first commercial company to explore Cuban waters for ancient ship wrecks in partnership with Government owned corporations. Their first discovery, the brigantine ship “Palemón” lay undisturbed for 161 years until discovered in August of last year by Visa Gold in partnership with Cuban Crown Corporation Geomar S.A. Thousands of valuable artifacts have been recovered from this site.

There was a great feature article in yesterday's Boston Globe on the company.  To read the article in its entirety simply click here, or go to the following web address: http://www.boston.com/dailyglobe2/068/nation/Treasure_islandP.shtml.

The article will give you an excellent overview of the company and its potential. If you are a risk taker this stock is for you. Read about the company and see if you agree.
