Former Tyco CEO and Chairman Dennis Kozlowski was indicted two weeks ago. The media has dubbed him the "Poster Boy for Corporate Piggishness". Kozlowski has been accused by prosecutors of plundering nearly $170 million through forgiving his own corporate debt and use of corporate money to finance his own ridiculously lavish life style.
