Special Announcement- An Opportunity That Could Make You Wealthy

It is not too early to begin discussing the next Bull Market. In the late 90's being a momentum investor paid off, but now is the time to be a contrarian. Different markets favor different styles. Huge fortunes are made by investors with the courage to act when the media and the market tell you stocks can never go up. We will provide some specific examples later in this edition.

There is great debate on Wall Street about the Bear Market- Everyone wants to know when it will end. We believed it was over several months ago, but we have been proven wrong. The far more interesting and important question- What Industry Groups will Lead the Next Bull Market? Now is the time to begin thinking about this question and exploring possibilities.

Bio-Tech- We believe the Biotech Industry group will be one of the leading groups in the next Bull Market. Many followers of this industry  believe the new technology described as "Human Genome Mapping" will provide the tools for scientists to make unprecedented breakthroughs in new drug therapies for controlling diseases which have frustrated the medical community for years.

Within Two Weeks The OTC Journal will be releasing a profile we believe is a once-in-a-lifetime investment opportunity!!! It is the type of technology breakthrough individual investors dream about. It is a medical breakthrough causing clinical remission in a disease that afflicts 7 million Americans and 120 million people worldwide.

The OTC Journal will be the first publication to cover this situation, and our valued members will be the first learn all the details about this extraordinary ground floor opportunity.

We believe every one of our members with any capital available for speculation should own some shares of this stock. If you have $100, $1,000, $10,000, or $100,000 for speculation, you should set some of it aside for this stock.

Keep an eye on your inbox- we could release this profile anytime after the 11th of September pending a news release from the company. We will release the profile after the information is public in accordance with SEC regulations.

Don't bother emailing us for the symbol in advance- we don't know what it is.

Can Being A Contrarian Pay Off?

They say one picture tells a thousand words. Take a look at this chart, which compares the price performance of Yahoo (NASDAQ: YHOO) and Phillip Morris (NYSE: MO) since February of 2000.

Think back to Wall Street and the Media's rhetoric at the time. Yahoo was one of the darlings of Wall Street. The stock was running up the charts like a monkey up a tree, and analysts were scrambling to come up with usage statistics to justify the astronomical valuation. At this time, the mentality suggested that EPS stood for "Eyeballs Per Share", not "Earnings Per Share". Unfortunately for all of us including the editors of the OTC Journal, a whole generation of over financed companies were unable to turn eyeballs into profits, and we have paid the price for being wrong.

At the same time shares of Phillip Morris were diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. After years of legal delays, several high profile personal injury cases against big tobacco resulted in awards in the billions, and Wall Street decided the tobacco industry would have to pay for its crimes. Wall Street was wrong. Methaphorically speaking, Mark Twain said it best: "The Rumors of My Death Have Been Greatly Exaggerated."

Had you been able to shut out all the noise from Wall Street and the Media, and sell your Yahoo when everyone loved it, then put your capital into Phillip Morris when everyone hated it, you would indeed be very wealthy today. Being a contrarian requires the courage to go against the crowd.

There are hundreds of other examples of huge contrarian profits. In 1995 US Air (NYSE: U) was on the verge of bankruptcy and the stock was trading at $4. A strategy was implemented to save the airline, and the stock hit $80 in early 1998.

Today's jobs report showed unemployment at nearly 5%, worse than Wall Street expected. The market continues to drop, and short sellers are trying to break the NASDAQ under the April low of 1620. Trader talk is about the elusive high volume capitulation sell off everyone has been waiting for.

We only need one more event for the perfect contrarian market: When the cover on Time or Newsweek reads "The Equity Market Will Be Dead For Many Years To Come" the perfect contrarian opportunity will be in place.

Look into the future and visualize the OTC Journal's edition in two years showing chart comparisons like today's. What stock do you see as the loser, and what stock do you see as the winner? Could the big gainer be Oracle or Intel? Do you have the courage to invest when there is blood in the streets? Something to think about.

Next Wednesday's Edition: More preliminary information on our next profile and the major medical breakthrough.
