Advertising Trends: One Groups

The advertising/marketing world is
experiencing a tremendous metamorphic upheaval. In true Darwinian fashion,
old line newspapers are closing their doors left and right, TV advertising
sales are in the toilet, and advertising revenues are way down across the
board.
Out of these ashes the Phoenix rising
is digital advertising. A full 50% of advertisers plan to divert 2009 advertising
dollars from more traditional venues to digital solutions.
The digital advertising business
is booming, and there are a number of mega growth stories riding that digital
wave to massive increases in sales and earnings. It's more targeted and
lower cost. In short, there's a better return on investment.
I'm looking at an idea smack dab
in the middle of this advertising revolution. Off $3.4 million in revenues
in 2008, this company has now already grown to about $1.2 million in monthly
revenues ($14.4 million annually)- that would be about a triple in 2009
over 2008. This company is now turning profitable.
