A Buffet of
Breakouts- Pick Your Favorites |
|
If you were on vacation this past
week, and missed my mid week edition entitled "Why I Love 2007 Already",
now would be a good time to give it a go and decide for yourself if you
agree with my conclusions. Click
Here, and you can read the web page version.
2006 was a reasonably good year with
some major disappointments. Q1 was strong. Q2 and Q3 were abysmal, and
we got back to our winning ways in Q4. CPNE was consistently and
emphatically my Number 1 pick of 2006, and from the bottom in May of $.19
the stock made an 847% move to the October high of $1.80.
In truth, I really started pounding the table at $.50 in conjunction
with Q2 earnings. The only disappointment was not making my target price
of $2 in 2006- but it sure is trying now. It made a valiant effort
to break through $1.80 again today on nearly 1 million shares, but
pulled back a little at the end of the day. Persistence breaks down resistance-
look for the breakthrough to come soon. Once it clears $1.80 with
conviction it should scamper to my short term target of $2.
We had three very nice wins in Q4-
CPNE coming back to $1.50 after selling off post earnings. Penny
stock lovers had a ball with NIHK (I now call it the "HAWK"),
putting in a late year rally and nearly getting to my target price of $.10-
up from the $.035 to $.045 level I suggested buying the stock.
PhotoChannel
Networks - PNWIF- also did extremely well in Q4- coming up from
the suggested entry level of $1.80 to trade well north of $3
in December.
I love all of these stocks for much
higher levels in 2007. Rather than write a feature on each one, I posted
four new BLOGS this week, and each one is worth a read. Here's a
preview:
-
Commerce Planet (OTC BB: CPNE):
CPNE
has been doing everything in its power to tip investors off about Q4 of
'06 and Q1 of '07. If you are wondering, I believe the company's momentum
will continue in 2007, and earnings will continue to go through the roof.
Technically, the stock broke the ascending wedge that had been forming
for 2 months on big volume this past week, and it looks like it could be
full steam ahead. Click
Here to read the latest BLOG entry entitled "The Planet Cranking
in '07".
-
Nighthawk (OTC BB: NIHK):
NIHK has come back
down to a perfect technical entry level. Those who are following this situation
know I suggested accumulating in the $.035 to $.045, but avoiding or selling
when the stock charged up to just north of $.09. If you like this little
gem of a penny stock, now is the time to accumulate again for the next
surge in price and volume. The stock is on a perfect 61.8% retracement
level. Click Here to
read the BLOG entitled "Strong Buy on Hawk- It's Here".
-
Titan Global (OTC BB: TTGL):
The market has not woken up to this company's very strong financial status.
A recent addition at $.85, the stock is now at $1. I believe
it could be $3 based on earnings. AT $1 the market is saying the
company is worth $40 million. TTGL could deliver $130
million in revenues and $15 million in profits in fiscal '07.
We will see Q1 numbers in one week. This could be the #1 idea for 2007.
Click
Here to read my BLOG entitled "Titan Global: The Sleeping
Giant".
-
Bad Toys (OTC BB: BTYH): BTYH
had
a terrible year in 2006, slipping from a high of $2.50 to a low of $.50.
With
the company closing in on completing the regulatory process to spin out
Southland Health Care and unlock the value, the stock is finding a
bid and trading up nicely. Click
Here to read my BLOG entitled "Bad Toys Finding a Bid-Storm
Clouds Brewing". BTYH is a very unusual special situation with a stock
dividend. Details in the BLOG.
Throughout the course of 2007 there
are a few changes we will implement. We would like members to start using
the site for more information, and be less dependent on email editions.
Visit frequently for the latest BLOG entries and new ideas. To that
end, if I put the scrolling notepad BLOG links back in the upper
right hand corner of the home page. When it scrolls down, just click on
your favorite company to read the latest BLOG entries.
Attention penny stock lovers. What
would a new year be without a new idea? I found a really good one, and
I am very excited about this idea. The company currently enjoys $2
million in annual sales, but by the end of 2007 that number could
easily be $20 million plus. They have some great product introductions
coming in 2007. It has all the money it needs in the bank, and is trading
at a three year low of about $.18. This one could easily be a $1
stock
in a favorable market. To be introduced Tuesday or Wednesday.
