A Return to Domestic Greatness

Believe it or not, I've actually come across two fantastic new ideas- both domestic- outside my China focus. I'll cover the first this weekend, then I'm looking at next Tuesday post close to introduce the second one.

I'll start on Saturday by proving that from time to time, small bulletin board companies do come off the BB, find their way to the NASDAQ, and grow to develop very significant institutional followings and make fortunes for early investors. We'll have a look at one company that just made the jump, and is growing exponentially in a moderate growth arena. It's an awesome idea.

Next Tuesday, I'll introduce one that's earlier stage, but should follow suit. It's telecom, and it's going from small to big. You'll be the first to know about it. This company will probably deliver about $11 million in current fiscal year revs, but has just landed two- that's right two- $20 million contracts.

Here's the best part- you'll be the first to learn about this company with a mere $20 million market valuation. This one will be NASDAQ down the road. You won't be able to say "why didn't you tell me about it back then". I'll be telling you about it next Tuesday just after the close.

Earning Releases Have a New Importance

This year I've made a transition to covering less speculative more profitable companies. As such, earnings become very important, espcially at this time.

Most of the stocks I'm covering- Specifically CREG, CEU, TPI, XSEL, NFEC, and UTA have had technically strong years, and I believe there's a lot more upside in all of them.

The recent correction offers some real opportunities. As I've written, I believe this correction will have run its course between now and Thanksgiving, and you should be looking to pounce on some opportunities as we roll into December.

None of these companies has issued their earnings releases for Q3 yet. In the case of TPI, it will be FY Q1. So far, there are two on the calender. Xinhua's (NASDAQ: XSEL) will be out next Wednesday, the 11th. Universal Travel (NYSE: UTA) will announce on the 16th.

The filing deadline for Q3 numbers is November 15th, so I believe I'm going to have 6 quarterly filings to review in the span of a couple of days. Investors should be looking to add to their positions or open new ones based on the strongest performances. I'm guessing CREG, NFEC, and CEU will deliver big upside surprises, but I can't say for sure.
